5 drops of Eucalyptus Dives + 3 drops of Ravintsara + 2 drops of Scots Pine in 30 ml of almond oil. Massage onto chest and back.
3 drops of Eucalyptus Dives + 2 drops of Thyme white in a ciotola of hot water. Inhale coprendous the testa with a towel for 5-10 minutes.
4 drops of Eucalyptus Dives + 3 drops of Lavender + 2 drops of Pepper black in 30 ml of arnica oil.
